Omixon Rock the EFI Conference 2016, Kos - Omixon

Thank you to all our wonderful customers, co-vendors and distributors for visiting our booth joining our events and just generally hanging out in the sun, by the pool, or in the bar or over coffee at the 30th annual EFI meeting in Kos, Greece during 10-14 May, 2016!
Because of all of you, we had a wonderful time listening, learning, teaching, helping and of course, dancing! We’re glad to have been a part of it and hope we added a little to make it a memorable experience for all of you as well.

Omixon conducted a range of activities, including two one-hour workshops with several Directors, Supervisors and Technicians to practice using our HLA Twin software hands-on in a classroom environment, and a standing-room only Omixon Lunch Symposium with guest speakers Dr. Milena Ivanova, Dr. Brendan Clarke and Dr. Mette Christiansen who shared their experiences with Holotype HLA and discussed NGS accreditation using the new EFI standards. Thank you again to our special guests and Professor Dimitri Monos, the inventor of Holotype HLA and Chairman of Omixon’s Scientific Advisory Board for talking at our event!

We had tremendous fun at the Omixon booth which was buzzing continuously with multiple software demos, during the poster sessions and at our first poolside BBQ party within the beautiful Kipriotis Village.

Thank you again to the EFI 2016 organisers, we certainly look forward to seeing you in Mannheim / Heidelberg, Germany for 2017.
