Dr. Valia Bravo-Egana (Medical College of Georgia) had a presentation at our EFI 2019 User Group Meeting about NGS bioinformatic pipelines for the use of high resolution HLA typing results and reporting, including the handling of these high resolution results in clinical labs and LIMS implementations.
