Professor Jürgen Zingsem, Director of the HLA lab at Universtitaetsklinikum Erlangen had a presentation about the pitfalls in NGS analysis at our User Group Meeting at EFI 2018 and raised important questions about the new typing methods and if NGS can solve all HLA typing problems.
