Event Identification of Reference Mistypings with Holotype HLA
Date Monday, 28 September (Opening day)
Room Gwinnett Boardroom, Savannah International Trade & Convention Center
Time Select 60min slots between 1pm – 3:30pm EDT
The “Identification of Reference Mistypings with Holotype HLA” workshop is designed for those already familiar with Holotype HLA. In our experience, labs are most interested when Holotype HLA results are discordant with their previously known typings by other methods such as SSO/SSP/SBT! In this workshop, we describe new features in Twin 1.1 and walk through a few examples where existing typings are demonstrated to be incorrect when more complete NGS data from Holotype HLA is available.
